  6. Our green beans are producing so heavily now! We do a combination of blanch & freeze & lactofermented dilly beans.

    The jar on the counter is from last year, found tucked in the back of basement-fridge aka fermentation-fridge. They are still crispy & salty & wonderful.

    On top of our woodstove is my fermentation station. 3 quarts of dilly beans, garlic basil paste, & chimmichuri paste.
