Any suggestions* for telephony services vendors for a small business? They'll start slow, and will eventually need a PBX-like solution that integrates with dispatch and scheduling to automate some notification/reply chores.

i only get out to bike-in coffee every month or two, but when i do, it never disappoints. a tasty little cafe and cyclist paradise in the middle of a working farm. it even has a bike-only entrance off the bike path to the north. they had a great #posole today.
