I had severe stomach pain & indigestion last night, to the point of keeping me up late 'til something like 4 in the morning.
I think these are the culprit: 🌶️🥨
In my advanced #GenX age, I now have a glitchy stomach and esophagus, so I must limit my spicy foods.These are lightly spicy, which kinda sneaks up on me. Plus they are irresistibly F'n delicious to my lizard brain. 🦎🧠 If I'm not careful, I will eat until pain.
