Как-то я писал статью "Личное облако на Proxmox" где описывал как установить Proxmox разными способами и в целом, что это такое, обещал, что когда то, под настроение опишу продолжение про сетевую часть домашнего облака с сервисами, доступными из интернет на домашнем сервере, вот, пожалуйста Прошлая статья была посвящена базовой настройке. Comments, tips welcome from the #HomeLab #foss , #diy folks and all. I saw this cabinet at my local #thrift store, thinking of converting it into a data cabinet. Will need to add ventilation, but it’s solid, cheap & has a lock (need to keep junior engineers out). I don’t have much hardware yet, but will eventually add 24 port switch, a NAS. For now plenty of room for a pair of #optiplex es and MacMinis. Still deciding on protectli w/ #opensense or #pfSense appliance Thanks all 😊. Alt text added

#HomeLab #foss people, looks like the #OptiPlex 7050 I was going to use for my mom's first linux box is staying put at my house and will be one of the components of my future #HomeLab I daily drive #Pop_OS , but would like any thoughts on what would be a good start for a box that will mainly run #JellyFin #WikiJS and or @FeatherWiki. Part of me wants to checkout RHEL, but what I really want is best documentation and community, b/c I will have questions, lots of questions. #OpenSense or PfSense?

Mittlerweile bei der 7ten Neu-Installation von #Opensense #OPNsense. Die Installation läuft super durch und ich bekomme eine Adresse die per Web aufrufbar wäre. Das Problem: Ich bekomme danach keine Netzwerk und Internet Verbindung zur Box. Somit kann ich auch nicht auf die Web Oberfläche zugreifen...😠

Heute habe ich zum ersten mal das gefühl, dass #Opensense #OPNsense #Bananaware ist. Habe nur in der Beschreibung den Namen geändert und schwupps habe ich mich ausgeschlossen. Ich könnte kotzen.
Habe jetzt keine Lust mehr. Morgen geht es weiter. Neu-Installation die 5te. 😠
