maybe one of you can help me:

I've got a #nextxloud server set up which gives me errors in the logs because curl times out.
I've checked and the issue appears to be that the www-data user can't curl anything without timeouts. Both my regular user and root can curl the exact same pages using the exact same command without issue.

Unfortunately the search engine isn't giving me useful results through various queries, so I wanted to ask the hivemind.
