⁃ Moved my forum #DNS from the registrant to #Cloudflare (free) account.
⁃ Added Cloudflare turnstile extension to the forum (phpBB).
⁃ Put Cloudflare #gatekeeper protection in place.
⁃ Resolved some transparency issues in the ‘winter’ extension I’m using.
⁃ Forwarding working properly on the domain so that www and root domain access go to the forum.
⁃ Used Container Manager on the NAS to build my own #SearXNG search engine.
⁃ Nearly completed the new car spreadsheet allowing us to finalise next years prospective new car purchase. Likely now either a #Nissan #Juke or #Toyota #Yaris Cross (if new models come out as expected)

All very I.T. related I know but hey it’s what I do. My own way of relaxing. It’s good to feel more useful and accomplished. Helps keep the old brain active too 😜

• Server Monitoring: #Beszel (non-Docker). Tried Grafana/Prometheus/Alertmanager (accessible but overkill) and Netdata (poor screen reader accessibility). Beszel isn't perfect but best compromise so far. #ServerMonitoring

Accessibility Focus ♿️🖥️

Accessibility heavily influences my choices—I use a screen reader full-time (#ScreenReader), so I prioritize services usable without sight (#InclusiveDesign, #DigitalAccessibility). Always open to discussing accessibility experiences or recommendations!

I've also experimented with:

• Ollama (#Ollama): Not enough RAM on my Pi.
• Habit trackers like Beaver Habit Tracker (#HabitTracking): Accessibility issues made it unusable for me.

I don't really have a media collection, so no Plex or Jellyfin here (#MediaServer)—but I'm always open to suggestions! I've gotten a bit addicted to exploring new self-hosted services! 😄
