  4. Wow! I’ve only read through the Executive Summary, but so far this looks to be a powerful piece by @mmasnick that explores the unintended consequences / “collateral damage” of various Internet regulations around the world.

    It’s good to see the data and sources supporting what many of us thought.. these regulations are usually not working, and in fact having opposite results.
