I need to watch the talk again as I didn't catch all of it, but I really enjoyed the speaker's focus on internet governance though the lens of the inclusion of underrepresented, non-techy, non-male, non-white, non-occidental populations.

Fasinating development in the AFRINIC saga as the receiver calls new elections and disallows all proxy voting.
ICYMI disputed proxies were the reason the last election was annulled.
