Assuming the bathroom is upstairs and the inside of your house is at a higher temperature than the outdoors: open the bathroom window and one or more downstairs windows on the same side of the house wide; and close all other upstairs windows, and all downstairs windows on the opposite side of the house. Buoyancy forces will drive airflow in the right direction to keep the smell out of the rest of the house.
