  1. #Totorock en concert ce soir 21h à #Utopia #Toulouse Borderouge, entrée libre !!!

  2. Recently I've stumbled upon a kinda bold statement from @kev about the (or only his?) definition of what that so called Social Network really are or not.

    > Blogs are the real Social Networks.

I can't recall correctly where exactly on his Website or inside the Comments I've stumbled upon that particular Statement of him but that's not the important part.
    (EDIT, found the Source: kevquirk.com/hey-you-start-com)

Just by reading that claim, I'll instantly got what he was referring to, partly due to the fact that I like himself saw the development of that thing called internet and all what came along with it.

Imagine every person that has an account on one of the big platforms would instead own a Blog and all of those just by commenting would link to each other. What a WorldWideWeb that would be... 😃

It's a thoughtful concept he's stating and I'll strongly agree with it! 😁

  12. 🚀✨ Welcome to OpenClaw's #security #utopia where we pray our #AI #overlord doesn't decide your coffee maker is a threat. But don't worry, it's only "somewhat" implemented, "partially" tested, and "kinda" researched. Who needs security when you've got #buzzwords and blind faith, right? 🙈🔐

  13. If I had a choice I'd live in a peaceful, happy community—car-free—with neighbors who are friends. With community dinners together in a big hall, that could be used for other events such as games, parties,c dances, or movies at other times. Beautiful garden paths with trees and flowers. With a safe fun place for kids to go any time of the day or night. Community projects. A big garden. A tech, craft, and maker center. Or centers.

Just...life should be BETTER than this. You know?

  14. A quotation from Thomas More

It seems to me a very unjust thing to take away a man’s life for a little money, for nothing in the world can be of equal value with a man’s life: and if it be said, “that it is not for the money that one suffers, but for his breaking the law,” I must say, extreme justice is an extreme injury: for we ought not to approve of those terrible laws that make the smallest offences capital, nor of that opinion of the Stoics that makes all crimes equal; as if there were no difference to be made between the killing a man and the taking his purse, between which, if we examine things impartially, there is no likeness nor proportion.

  18. Tips for the #solarpunk authors on how to get tension

    - the #utopia doesn't have to be everywhere. Neighboring neo-industrial country getting to power, areas less lucky wr. To climate disaster. Are the solarpunks privileged with less disasters or do they have stronger community bonds that allow them to function and be prepared? So many questions and potential storylines.

    - contrast beautiful, hopeful world with personal tragedy as the story driving force.

    - ffs it's punk so remember to make it anti-institutional, anarchist and decentralized. It's solarpunks not solarskinhead.

    - global religion monoculture is not punk (I'm looking at you monk and robot) diversity and mess is.
