I just got my annual receipt for my (tiny) monthly donation to MSF, and I'm super happy my contributions make such a difference.

#MSF impressed me with their response and a friend of mine who is an expert in #NationBuilding says MSF are one of the few good charities (Red cross ain't one of them BTW)
If you want to make a meaningful difference in the world, consider supporting people who heal when there is no healers to be had.
