Recently came across this song and had a hard time tracking it down at first, because I was looking under the band’s name (the Melting Minds) and not the music collective (IKLIM) who released the track on a compilation.
The sound is a kind of noisy psychedelic vibe with filthy guitar on some of the tracks. The band’s catalogue is definitely finding its place in my playlists, and since it took me a minute I figured someone here might enjoy the find too. After all, it’s already #Tunesday somewhere. Is new #MusicMondays a thing?

My inaugural #MusicMondays begins with Jacques Brel's (brace yourself) "Comment tuer l’amant de sa femme quand on a été élevé comme moi dans la tradition". That translates to "How do you kill your wife's lover when you've had a traditional upbringing?"
It's a silly song with a sillier melody, but it has me singing every time.

For years, my partner and I have been collecting a shared iCloud Notes list titled, “Terrible (Awesome) Names,” which contains a list of phrases that pop up in various conversations that we think would make a good 2000s band or album name.
I've decided that this year, I'm going to create an album artwork each week featuring one of my photos or artworks and one of these titles.
