I love horror(-adjacent?) #Manga like #UrasekaiPicnic, #KayaChanKowakunai, #MierukoChan, or even joke ones like #UshiroNoShoumenKamuiSan or #ReiwaNoDaraSan way more than I should, as someone who doesn't generally like horror... I think I realized one thing I always enjoy while reading these: a lot of their source material comes from old Japanese Internet copypasta.

I'm endlessly fascinated by Internet lore. From Kisaragi Station to the Final Fantasy House, I'll eat it up in any format. 😌

Everything helps with m y writing. But nothing especially jumps out at me from this beyond how not to develope a character arc and how tiresome it can be to use the same half dozen lines to express the character's personality.. (This isn't a review it a reasonably good series.)
