For my instrument in this week's @apc #AniMangaFoundIt, I'd like to pick the trumpet!
Specifically, the audition battle of trumpets between 1st year Reina Kousaka and established 3rd year Kaori Nakaseko.
The choice of who would perform the trumpet solo for Kitauji High School Concert Band was controversial! Especially since it was Kaori's last chance to play against other schools before she graduated.
It all came down to the band voting on whose playing was better...

This week's #AniMangaPictureChallenge ( @apc ) is "Jobs"!
The job of playing in High-Stakes Golf Matches (sometimes for money, sometimes to represent high-powered criminal organizations) is a tough one, but someone's gotta do it.
Whilst not a traditional 9-to-5 kind of job... you might consider it Contract Work. :P
This is (of course(?)) from "Birdie Wing: Golf Girl's Story", and is one of the most absurd anime I've ever watched. But it's a very enjoyable story and well worth the watch!

How about the job of an Auto-Memory Doll? These typists, in an age where many could not read or write, needed nimble fingers, sure, but also the ability to understand others. They do everything from typing up contracts to traveling the world to take on tasks such as archiving books of knowledge or ghost writing for monarchs.
Erica Brown, Cattleya Baudelaire, Iris Cannary, and, of course, Violet Evergarden all work for the CH Postal Company in Leiden, Leidenschaftlich.
