Weird case today in my hobby of #RaspberryPi #electronicsrepair - a dead CPU, but all major ICs are fine: DA9090, VL805, FPF1320UCX...
And there's more: CPU was shorted on a 1V8 rail π€.
So a note to self on reballing and replacing similar ICs: use airflow around 40%, don't put a hot air nozzle on and don't underestimate hot air rotation while heating the stencil and the chip. You'll thank yourself later π.
