One morning, when feeling quite bored,
Mozart penned a sextet, which he scored
for two zithers, musette,
alpenhorn, flageolet
and a pedal point part, which he snored.

Sadly, the manuscript has been lost. We know of it from a letter to his wife, Constanze, in which he said he intended the pedal point to be played on an ironing board in B-flat, but it lacked sufficient resonance.
