As RFK Jr. often does, he cited a real study. But the real study didn’t have those facts. Or those figures. He put words into the authors’ mouths.
But at least RFK Jr’s error-ridden claims weren’t captured on film or any permanent record.
That must have been a relief.

It must have looked weird, if RFK Jr.'s lips were moving but no sound was coming out. Maybe they covered those snippets of the soundrack with soaring violins, to buttress that Kennedy "gravitas". But the "Final Cut" had to be re-edited so the "Final Final Cut" could be broadcast-ready.

Two days after my Oct. 11 newsletter published the anti-immigrant narratives amplified by overseas conspiracy influencers, the Lincoln Project on Oct 13 debuted their ad "Axis of Influence" naming Rupert Murdoch, Elon Musk & Peter Theil as immigrants who "undermine" "our way of life."

5) Humans and machines are different species. Humans, even the ones who go rogue, care about how other humans, such as their kids, see them.
A machine-fabricated author being displayed as a human is a recipe for mass mayhem. And #MachineLearning startup companies will not get traction _for very long_ in such an environment.
Which is why the BOT disclosure law needs publicity. It was unfairly panned.

Twitter did a fair (although insufficient) job to fight #COVID19 #disinformation but in this new phase where vaccine uptake is low, and epidemiological and genomic surveillance can’t deal with current transmission levels, we’d need to keep #infodemic level less than ever.
