I'd been making good progress at getting my new Autumn pieces online over the past few days… and then my laptop died. 😫 It's currently in the repair shop and I'm hoping against hope that they can fix it, as I really don't have the time or headspace to be dealing with finding a new one right now. Why do these things always happen when you are already spinning too many plates as it is?!

* Price Increases Incoming *
It's a post I really don't want to have to write, but the time has come and I really can't avoid it any longer. Unfortunately the price of silver continues to rise, and along with that I'm afraid my prices are about to rise too. I'm preparing for a return to the studio tomorrow and found that the cost of my silver sheet has gone up by about 6% in just the last week alone.

A quick look back at my order history shows an eye watering 36% increase in just the past 6 months. 🤯 I hate to do this, especially with Christmas around the corner, but I'm sure you'll understand that at this point it really is unavoidable. Don't worry though, you're not going to see prices go up by anywhere near that amount, especially my mixed metal pieces!

Another week complete, where is the time going?!
A little photo dump of what's been doing on in my world these past 7 days - sunny morning walks, working on new things, definite signs of autumn, and to finish the week, a community archaeology dig in the back garden. As you do! (Alas no Roman treasure was found 🙁)

I had a fab couple of hours joining them together to create this necklace, along with two bracelets. Each one is completely unique and never to be repeated. I really love how they've turned out, and I'd love it even more if they could find a good home!
