    Kaffee, Magnesium Brausetablette in 250 ml Wasser, high Protein Jogurt (Soja) oder Haferschleim aus Haferflocken, Hafermilch, Protein Pulver und Erdnussmus beim Essen auch noch Mal 1 - 2 L Wasser 😅

    Läuft würde ich sagen.
