Started working on a dormant project again. It’s a #GutterBowl / #BloodBowl pitch on a fish market. The local crowd wants to do a Secret League Gutterbowl tournament in January and I’ll be damned if I don’t finish this one until then!

In November I started to paint again - my first ever painting competition entry. This Power armor, mini nuke slinging maniac for #fallout. The Contest is hosted at the Modiphius Discord. Also started to work on the #GutterBowl pitch again. Printed a boat for it and started to add stuff to make it part of the playable area.

As one would guess hobby time shrank to a bare minimum after the newborns arrival. In Juli, August and September I did manage to finish a little #gameboy game that features pictures of some of my #fallout minis in the games art and I started on a laser engraved #GutterBowl pitch.

Hobby progress has really suffered on all fronts due to the newborn and renovations that just seem to never finish. But I got my printer working again and could add this boat to the board. Started to prime the whole thing. Wooden pier planks are next. #GutterBowl #BloodBowl

Rubbled up the #Mordheim ruins; also took the girls to Leiden to gawk at #dinosaur skellingtons at the Naturalis museum. Didn't hurt that I also had to pick up my #gutterbowl copy there.

I think #gamesworkshop messed up the #GutterBowl launch. My FLGS is not getting any copies through their regular orders and had to order it via mail order. So I won’t get my copy quickly 🙄

Gutterbowl box is a limited print. Again. The #GamesCorporation trusts FOMO to sell out.
So we should make our own pitches and scenery, grab a rules scan and play without giving them another €.

Sooo the Bonehead guys made a rules breakdown for #GutterBowl!
In short: normal 11s pitches with terrain and walls on both sidelines, 7 players on pitch per team (0-5 positionals), special rules for weather/kickoff, no refs (foul as you like - foul casualties even give SSP), stalling gets super risky
All in all I like how this sounds. Would have hoped for some kind of mixed teams or draft rules to get the “one pub against another” theme across… probably going to do some homebrew rules here.
