Making calamari myself. Well kinda. These tentacles are made from Sculpey for the ship diorama. First time working with the stuff. So far it’s good. Not as tacky as miliput. But you have to bake it. Slight spoilers for the #DelianTomb but I'm so happy with how this terrain has turned out!
My own take on magnetic dungeon tiles plus some extra bits without nasty near-unrecyclable XPS foam :)

Dry bushing and washing the trunk and roots. The texture is from scratching the epoxy putty with a knife while it was still soft plus the twisted florist wire showing through. I'll put some sort of detail in the hole under the roots but haven't decided what yet. Maybe a small borrowing animal peaking out. I might be able to sculpt a passable rat.
