My weight loss thread was broken due to my migration to a new instance, but I'll continue from here. An update on weigh-ins so far.
Goal = 190 lbs.
Jan 5th - 198.8
Feb 6th - 200.4
Mar 4th - 198.4
And then today...Not much progress but I've increased my exercise and now have a regular routine. I definitely feel better.
We have a two week vacation in Europe coming up in a few days so don't expect any miracles in next month's weigh-in. -

2 months in and I'm back where I started. But I have increased my daily exercise and doubled walks with Harley. I expect some #WeightLoss in the week ahead because I tactically cleaned out the freezer and pantry to eat all of our ice cream and chips... not together. -

Monthly check-in. Not panicking yet as I have 11 more months and people fluctuate by a few pounds every day. I also have done nothing remotely serious about meeting my goal and in fact had several family celebrations in January that involved really good food. I'll do something about that procrastination tomorrow...

Went for a 1.11 mile walk today for lunch at work. I sit at the computer way too much, so it’s time for a change. My main problem with building the habit is #accountability so I’ll post my “workouts” here. Hopefully, they don’t become annoying to others. #fitness #walking #gethealthy
