On his show, he portrayed both women and people of color as imbeciles who cannot handle equality or freedom. He claimed to hold the key to restoring masculinity to his viewers, mostly through bigotry, beer and violence. In retrospect, as ICE agents in Minneapolis have taken to kidnapping, beating and even shooting people on the streets, what really stands out is how much effort McInnes put into creating elaborate justifications for right-wing violence."

Was #GOML w/ #GavinMcInnes ever good? Thought I would tap in to see how his career is going but this is just sad. -
@thor Hmm…He outright lies about #GavinMcInnes & the #ProudBoys though. Because #JohnnyHarris bragged so much about watching so many episodes of #JRE, it’s hard to give him the benefit of the doubt and conclude that he’s not being intentionally deceptive.

However, I do think VICE earned *some* journalistic cred in the last decade or so.

The problem here is that you’re strawmanning #YouTube here. You’re saying they platform a considerable amount of pro #Nazi content when it’s just not true, and listing people who are anti #Nazi as examples.
Even alt right folks are largely banned from #YouTube, like #AlexJones, #GavinMcInnes, and more.
