We had a trip on the Norfolk Broads last week. I spotted some rolls of colour film in the supermarket by the station when we arrived and randomly decided to demonstrate some enthusiastic consumerism to the markets. I'm glad I did. The two rolls of fp4 came out OK, but the landscape doesn't offer much contrast. I've sent those rolls off, but you can have so e monochrome fir now.

I wouldn't normally bother but here's a "whole roll" from my trip to Whitstable. My first proper attempt at #pinhole #LargeFormatPhotography. All 12 frames, in order! On balance I'm fairly pleased. I definitely should have given myself more room for error on framing. Some of these would have been great if I had given more room for error (the tyre one here in particular.

These are from the Ensign Cameo using a Rada 120 roll film back. This version of the "Little Wing" is a lot sharper than the glass plate version, I put that down to the higher shutter speeds and being about to stop the lens down a bit (iso400 giving a few more options than iso2). The plates are incredibly fine grained, but trickier to expose a sharp image.

Really annoyed that I didn't get this one straight on. Tricky with WLF wide angle MF I guess. One thing I am pleased with though, I got a whole roll through the Hassy with none of the annoying square light leaks I've had. I think it has been user error, I made sure be make sure the latch for the back was *fully* clipped over, seems to have done the job.

I recently got the intrepid 4x5 enlarger light. Not used in anger yet, but I decided to use it to rescan all my old 4x5, and recent glass plates. I've ever liked my old 4x5 scans, but these all came out much better, so I've given them the #darktable treatment. First is a #ZebraDryPlates in #fx55, the rest are all #fomapan100 in #rodinal or fx55. Many had really poor exposure, but we're rescuable.

@heikor @petrimarkkanen give #HalfFrameClub some love! Not to mention a lot of us use tags for specific films (e.g. #IlfordHP5 , #IlfordFP4, #HarmanPhoenix200), and even developers (e.g. #510pyro #PyrocatHD #FX55 ). You want to get niche, we can get niche!

It's been a busy week and it's only Weds! Anyway, appointment in Bristol Monday, though I also managed to shoot a roll of #BelieveInFilm with #Ricoh KR10 and #Rikenon 50mm f1.7 whilst there.
Just finished developing #IlfordPan400 exposed at box speed in #FX55 for 12 mins at 21°C. 🤞🙂

I took an unexposed film out of a camera, to clean the metering contacts. Then not getting the registration correct on reloading the #film.
