  1. Metal stairs inside the Castle. Used for visitors to reach higher elevations.

#MinoltaAutocord #Fomapan100 (I don't remember anything about the development of this film, possibly one of the only rolls I have ever used.)

  2. Nearly forgot to #TLRTuesday , this was from my first proper trip out with the #MinoltaAutocord, a really lovely camera with a great focusing mechanism and another cracking lens (all the TLRs of the era seem to be quality!). (sorry, the conversion on this could have been better).

  3. As discussed a few days back, I'm an indoctrinated reluctant fan of vintage steam and internal combustion engines.

  4. Annoyingly this scan has made me realise that I have a serious problem in my #darktable conversion flow that is causing some out of gamut pixels. Not a major problem, but I need to work it out.

  5. There's not much to choose between the #MinoltaAutocord and #MPPMIcroFlex lenses. Both lovely more than sharp enough for my eyes, and both give lovely focus fall off.

  6. Travel camera downside of my #MinoltaAutocord : the yashica wide angle adapter doesn't fit it (the viewing lens doesn't attach due to depth). It *does* fit the #MPPMicroflex , though loading that is a touch more stressful. May need to find an original minolta WA adapter

  7. Just scanned the test roll from the #MinoltaAutocord. Hard to tell as the weather was a bit dull, and I didn't get as good a variety of test pics. The lens is definitely more than sharp enough. Going on gut instinct, the #MPPMicroflex feels like it has better overall sharpness. The minolta taking lens could do with a clean.
Still lovely though, and that focusing lever is a dream (it's hard to go back to the knowledge focusing on the MPP
