Now seeing reports of 64GB of DDR5 in some Flock cameras an 128GB of ECC server RAM also DDR5 in presumably the newest models.
Unknown if that is soldered to the board, but if not it's probably worth more than the 3 grams of gold contained in the electronics of the device. This is due to the effect of AI data centers on RAM availablity.

Naturally the cops are begging for snitches in this case, I doubt they will find any given how many people hate Flock.

Sullivan County (TN) County Commissioner calls for hanging the CEO of Flock in public
Here's that right to the point quote in question from Commissioner Joe Carr:
“I believe that Flock right now is one of the most hated companies in America,” “They are one of the most corrupt companies in America. And, quite frankly, sir, I don’t think we can make America great again without hanging your CEO publicly for treason.”
This was during a County Commission meeting specifically on the subject of Flock camera use in Sullivan County. The chairman of the County Commission wasn't happy with this remark. Currently Flock cameras are used in the county, and perhaps the Chairman's tie felt a little tight after that remark. Another commissioner (Gary Stidham) introduced a resolution to not renew the county's contract with Flock.

Fundamentally, these reforms leave us wondering: what is stopping Flock from reversing course on them if their law enforcement customers respond by defecting to another ALPR vendor? Nothing.
This all leads to the bigger and more important issue: We should not be letting companies decide how much privacy we deserve. If our privacy is determined by how much surveillance technology vendors decide is too much surveillance, then we’re really out of luck. It shouldn’t be up Flock or any other ALPR vendor to decide how long police can collect and retain data on millions, if not hundreds of millions, of innocent people. We need lawmakers to step up and pass laws that restrict police’s use of surveillance technology. After all, the surveillance business model is the problem, and a few company-imposed slapdash reforms aren’t going to change that.”

“Surveillance technology startup Flock announced a series of new policies and tools on Thursday, claiming they will help curb abuse of its automated license plate camera reader systems and help keep its law enforcement customers accountable.
Flock is now recommending police departments retain data for seven days rather than the previous 30 days. Along with this change, the company introduced what it calls “Evidence Mode,” which can be turned on when customers need to retain data for longer periods in “exceptional cases” and requires a specific case number. Customers will also now be able to set limits on the data they share with other customers based on the type of offense that’s under investigation.
The company also highlighted a tool called “Audit Assistance” as one of the key changes. Flock launched the tool in April. Since then, Flock said “more than one-third” of its customers have turned it on, and the startup is now requiring all customers to enable it by the end of the year.
Flock said Audit Assistance “detects abnormal activity and flags it for Administrator review,” according to the blog post released Thursday.”
