2026. Ryzen 7. 64 GB de RAM.

Você é uma pessoa pacata. Gosta de ícones coloridos e interfaces bem desenhadinhas. :3

Você precisa de um programa de banco de dados para #Linux que não passe vergonha perto de um #FileMaker de 1997 ou, como nas imagens anexas, do NewFile de 1998 rodando no MS-DOS 6.22.

É claro que você não precisa de um tanque de guerra como o PostgreSQL e não tem tempo para escrever um frontend na maior vibe Delphi 6. Na verdade, seria bom se o programa rodasse com 60 GB de RAM a menos.

O programa precisa suportar a especificação de dimensões para uma tabela e permitir a construção de formulários para preenchimento. Apenas. Coisa simples.

Usos potenciais: catalogar uma coleção de LPs espalhada por dois imóveis; catalogar receitas preciosas da família; catalogar clientes de um pequeno bico; catalogar produtos que você vende via sites de leilão. Sei lá, qualquer coisa.

Não importa muito. Vamos apanhar para o Access 95 rodando num 486 DX-4.

Figured out a hack for accidentally printing a unprintable/desktop layout in Filemaker. All the objects get hidden from print. At least this way I'm not wasting a couple of sheets of paper, just warming it up. Nothing to see here, just stick it back in the paper tray.

Die #Seedream 5 Lite API ist seit heute verfügbar. Ich habe sie direkt in meine #FileMaker Anwendung integriert. Nach zwei ersten Tests wirkt der Look deutlich cleaner als bei der Version 4.5, was einer natürlichen Bildanmutung eher schadet. Wo das Modell seine Stärken hat, muss sich dann in der Praxis noch zeigen. Für möglichst natürliche Bilder ist #Google mit Nano Banana Pro aktuell definitiv der Spitzenreiter.

Mit #LibreOffice und der integrierten Base Datenbank gibt es auch einen Ansatz für das Erstellen und Verarbeiten von E-Rechnungen.
LibreOffice ist eine der wenigen Anwendungen, die das PDF/A3-Format schreiben kann, welches wiederum die Basis für #ZUGFeRD und Factur-X ist.

Über #pdftk wird dann die XML-Datei und das PDF zusammen gebracht.

Für meine Filemaker Datenbank konnte ich mir von dieser Lösung auch etwas Inspiration holen.

Un export d'une base de données d'une table de 7 champs alphanumériques de moins de 20 caractères pour 30 lignes....normalement c'est plié en 3 secondes, non? :blobthinkingeyes:

Sauf que à l'export, je ne récupère que les chiffres du 1er champ (identifiant alphanumérique mélangeant lettres, espaces, tiret et entiers....). Étonnant, non? :blobcatscared:

Wenn #Claris nicht bald diesen angekündigten #Filemaker-Ableger rausrückt, begrab‘ ich das Ding endgültig. Lizenzen sind schon lange *viel* zu teuer für Endnutzer, was bisher von der Plattform bekannt ist, geht in die gleiche Richtung. Die Software mag gut sein (kein Glaubenskrieg über WYSIWYG-DBMS bitte), aber das wird mir allmählich zu blöde.

I have to say, I think the bougiest service we offer is a manual audit of a company's production server. But, that audit is my job, and I am very good at my job. So wouldn't you know it, I often find and correct operational AND developer issues during these audits. Just found bugs in somebody's code based on server side observable misbehavior
