  3. Implemented player feedback and made corridors in dungeons 2x wide. *All* of them. As a result, we no longer have doors.

    I put a lot of effort into doors 😭 but accessibility/traversability is more important.

  7. Just noticed a bit of blur in the save-game screenshots. Fixed (removed image filters). You can see the before (left-side) and after. If you zoom in to the girl's hands/feet, it becomes really obvious.

  8. Started on the gargantuan task of adding SFX to every necessary location for #EmanQuest. Started with the mundane (but necessary) button-click. (Used some reflection to add it to all buttons automatically in the scene.)

  10. Final iteration of the tutorial arrow. Fixed the Z-ordering issue that someone noticed, and also shortened the sine wave so it doesn't move quite as much.

  12. Based on the feedback from a previous poll, treasure chests now block you. When you open them, they open; when you close the dialog, they disappear. Makes sense?

  13. Fixed a bug where treasure chests generate too close to the entrance/exit of maps. Here, we see one chest appears directly at the entrance map of the desert dungeon.

  14. Replaced that empty horrible overworld map with a shiny new area-selection screen, sort of inspired by Bastion (but not quite as nice - PCG is hard!)

  21. Final iteration. The bright scheme looked horrible in-game, even with black text. I like this one a lot. Purple looked good too, but had too much of a creepy/corruption feel.

  23. Trying to fix a #bug where you can walk off the edge of maps without going back to the overworld. It has some unintended side-effects. 🤔🧐

  24. Fixed a bug where the player faces down (default direction) instead of up (intended) after defeating the final boss. Had to force Godot to render the frame for 0.01s. Works though.
