A "trap" (English word for the Spanish word "trampa") near "Las Trampas" Regional Park!
Came across this #trap under construction, in a meadow of thistles, while #hiking in the #EastBay yesterday.
Looks like it will be for mountain lions.
On one of the saddles connecting #RockyRidge (behind camera, not shown) and #HogbackRidge (backround, cf. figures 4 and 5 in PDF)
