  6. 80% of #neurodivergent people are (like me) #underemployed or #unemployed. Traditional #interview processes, #openplan offices and the need to comply with social expectations stop us gaining and retaining gainful employment. We are #DisabledByDesign, #disabled by majority *choice*.

    But valuing us only for our economic output, or adding "new skillsets" and "#inspiration to a workplace" is not #inclusion. It is dehumanizing.
