Dang that is a good lookin' desktop. After some more tinkering, I think I have the perfect set up on the lil' ol' #Macbook. The extensions for #Gnome that are currently in use are: #DashToDock, #OpenBar, #Freon, #TopHat and Places. The icons and additional theming are #Numix Circle.

Dash to Dock v70 Adds GNOME 40 Support

Dash to Dock now supports GNOME 40 — officially. Work to get the popular desktop dock extension jiving with GNOME 40 got underway shortly after the latter’s release in April. Progress was swift as we reported but to try it out users needed to manually install a development version from Github. Well, no more. You can now install Dash to Dock on GNOME 40 from the GNOME extensions site using a compatible web browser. Version 70 of the add-on gains official support for GNOME 40 and its horizontal workspace and application launcher. The dock can be placed on the bottom :sys_more_orange:

Upgraded #pop_os last night from 20.04 to 21.04 on my main rig. The uograde was slow and a bit nerve-racking. In the end, I must say that #PopOSCosmic desktop is quite nice. I no longer need #dashtodock #gnomeextension installed. I hope this DE carries on into #gnome40. Otherwise, it is #kde on a different distro as a replacement.

Any #pop_os / #ubuntu #gnome users have suggestions on choosing between #dashtodock and #dashtopanel? Ideally, I'd also like to use a text based configuration system so I can apply all settings to all machines easily.

#dashtoplank is too minimal, I still want to have a clock, notification center, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth indicators.

C'est bon, j'ai réglé le problème ...
J'ai désinstallé manuellement en supprimant le dossier dans:
~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/

Puis j'ai redémarré et installé l'extension et ca a marché \^_^/
