@D5V3 I like #darebee very much too. I use it with #anki app and the workout image of darebee to do an everyday new and smart exercise. It's my way of doing a routine.

New pedals did help some, but not quite enough.
My knee was not ready for the ride I tried to make, so I turned back, but I was paying attention, and know more now.
Which may or may not be relevant, since I looked at #darebee for exercises that seem relevant, and I believe I found one in the "knee saver" set, because it's killing me 😅 (the muscles, not the joint)
