The idea looks very good, in theory, but I'd like to know how it worked out for you. And the opinions I find here are too old.

🤔 Am I correct to think that this might even be safer than #email that sits out there on the web? Only terrible thing I can think of happening here is if someone intercepts the email. Other than that, I download my mail and that's it. No one (who doesn't have access to my #device) can mess with or look through my mail. Of course, I shouldn't do #cloud #backup if that's my real concern. Local backup! 😃👍 📨📬 #criptext

Just discovered an interesting #email service: #criptext 🤓

It doesn't store* email and will keep un-received* email for up to 30 days then delete them, available for #mobile and #desktop, allows backup with #GoogleDrive.

I found it because I was searching for a separate simple email for miscellaneous non-vital subscriptions/memberships.

Now thinking of a better use for it. 🤔 Hmm...

@pavel a sprawdzałeś może #criptext? Owszem, jest pośrednik ale maile lądują na twoim urządzeniu (bądź urządzeniach) i tylko tam są przechowywane. Mi się ten pomysł bardzo podoba. Oczywiście wszystko szyfrowane protokołem #Signal.
