Wow.

I've never had such an emotional reaction to what's ultimately a #horror flick, and I don't mean fear or anything like that, but empathy and sympathy.

Another movie (like #Code8 last night) where the ending is as it should be, and the final shot is devastatingly poignant.

#Cerdita (#Piggy) is bloody at times, but not gory, and suggests much more than it shows, letting our minds fill in the horror.

An excellent addition to, and expansion of, the genre.

Who are the real monsters in life?

Just watched #Code8 on #Netflix and, for what it is (#action #flick with a fresh take) it's pretty good.

A more realistic "powered humans in a distrustful, antagonist world" #movie than any other such movie or tv show I can think of.

For a moment, I thought they were going to disappoint me and cheapen the ending, but they did the right thing, which is more than the vast majority of movies and shows can claim.

Funded via #Indiegogo, it's an enjoyable formulaic time-killer, "with a twist" ❤️ 😉
