Whenever I rant about fat, overly oaky Chards, I get reminded there is also this, that a friend brought along.
Crisp, textured, focused and penetrating, this Grand Cru 2019 tingles a bit on the finish and always seems bright. Very youthful to boot, it's still developing, but in a reasonable place.
This particular one will cost ya, though--around $100. 13% alcohol.
