Until I joined Mastodon, I hadn’t realised why people described their photos - I thought it was just a bit arty farty. Then I found out why they do it and I do it too now (unless I forget!). As well as helping visually impaired people to experience the photos, I also enjoy finding the words to describe my photos. #Blindnessandvisualimpairment #visuals #inclusion #captionyourimages
