Le réflexe propre : « What's left to do? » ou « What remains? ».
rest = se reposer, ou le reste d'un groupe (the rest of the team). Jamais « ce qu'il reste à faire ».

Dire « We achieved the migration » à un client anglophone, c'est annoncer un succès stratégique — pas juste signaler que la tâche est terminée.
