I can't carry much up the stairs to the 4th floor, even when it was ground floor at the duplex apt carrying groceries was a lot, Mom can no longer help me like she could years ago

Who knew I would be motivated for once today, I just posted a blog, I'm trying to post daily until my #birthday next week
It's usually a huge trigger for me to even talk about it but if you check @SabiLew I think I got some more insight as to why
