I've tried following a #dvd or doing #online #yoga but never got far. My problem was I can't see what they're doing & copy it at the same time. I tried watching a #video through & then having a go but I can't remember what's what.
This week I'll go & have a go in person. Hope the place is #warm enough to take the #chill off.
