generally, what helped me to calm the fuck down recently was playing the sound of silence on my cheapo kalimba, ironicallly. like, whenever panic/anxious/angry/overwhelmed/stressed - i just take it and play that melody. am sure it got out of tune again cuz i kinda drop it a lot (shaky hands) and 'tis low quality noname one, but damn it works and makes sounds (of silence lmfao) so i kinda dont care. dunno i can share ig, i've no idea if i can upload .wav files to fedi...
