@Brian_Mahoney I never used cannabis when I was young--I tried it when I was 15 or so, & I hated the way it made me feel. But none of the meds I've used for #PsoriaticSpondylitis help me very much, so I started supplementing with gummies (with my docs' full approval) so that I can at least sleep at night, & they've REALLY helped.

I forgot to put the loose tea in the jug this morning before I put the hot water in. Yesterday I almost forgot to add coconut flakes to the Fiddle Diddles I was making for the staff at Momiji. These days I often can't see things that are right in front of me, chainsaw oil being the latest. It's a bit frightening but I do have a lot on my mind. Big head but little mind.

If you're getting that 'Premier Opinion' popup in Windows, open Task Manager. Look for an odd name, this morning it was unicode something, right click it and choose open file location. It will be in tmp. Mark the folder, go back to TM and 'end task'. Then delete the folder.

On my walk, I was three for three in my 'figure out the singer' game. Rodriguez, Mazzy Star and Cowboy Junkies. Oh, an that song I like by Kate Bush? I didn't know the name of it was 'Wuthering Heights'. Have a listen, it's good. 'Fade Into You' wasn't the song by Mazzy Star but it's good too. Very moody. Perfect for a dreary Sunday. I mentioned to my daughter that I had just suffered anxiety and dread, I guess dread is the right word, thanks to 'post virus/viral syndrome'. Think of shivering in bed in a fetal position before going to sleep. I'm not sure this will help anyone or everyone but it's a good series.

After a week of feeling dread, depression and anxiety before sleep, I changed back to my routine of exercise but I also added my SAD light to the mix. It's been a very dark November/December here. I hope you're all doing well, wherever you are.

If you're into Korean action series, this one isn't bad. Great acting, decent script but with holes you could sail a container ship through. 'Butterfly' on Prime. Daniel Dae Kim is excellent, as always but his daughter-sidekick. Reina Hardesty, steals every scene she's in. Check it out.
