The last 2nd generation #Glasgow #Subway trains are running on the #GlasgowSubway today.
(This is making me feel old: I can – just – half-remember travelling on one of the original trains one time before the late 1970s modernisation of this #metro system which introduced these modern trains!)

A #ShortStory: how worsening #PublicServices accumulate to make everything much worse.
1st: the #CityBike scheme was withdrawn, so it is no longer available as a #transport option.
2nd: the evening #bus frequency is much poorer than before (30 - 40 minute gaps).
3rd: the #SwimmingPool now shuts much earlier than before.
Result: It’s now much harder to go for a relaxing swim after work in the evening 😢

I didn’t know #TheEdge from #U2 wasn’t actually #Irish, but he is now. He must have finally got really fed up with the harsh loss of #FreedomOfMovement caused by the foolish and misled Bwrecksiters 😡
And an extra nice touch by #Ireland to hold mass citizenship ceremonies on #BrexitStillBreaksBritain day to remind us who are (sadly) the butt of the jokes now! 😢
