Anyone had success making #macstodon work on System 7.1? Installed it on my Classic II. I have a WebOne proxy running on a RPi, with the mastodon server’s hostname added to the ForceHTTPs section. I can reach the url from Netscape, so I guess the proxy works as it should, but when trying to authenticate with Macstodon it still says that it’s unreachable and I should check my proxy settings. #macintosh #RetroComputing

My daughter just finished The Last of Us Remastered. Interestingly she loved playing as Joel, could relate to him more and considered Ellie as her daughter, despite being not far from her age. If you want to program 16-bit 27C400 ROMs like #Kickstart ROMs or #vintagemac ROMs, the #TL866-II programmer is out of production and all sellers sell the #XgecuT48 instead. Even if they claim that it's the TL866-II, it isn't and you'll most likely get a black T48 instead.
The T48 is not compatible with the adapters sold for the TL866-II, it's wired differently and the socket is the other way around.
Luckily now there is an adapter for the T48 also:

My son liked to post his pixelart on Pixel Studio's Pixel Network and apparently the dev just changed the terms and conditions so that the art you publish can become part of a training dataset for a new AI pixel-art generation app. You can’t even opt-out if you’re using the mobile app. They also started allowing AI art to be posted.
My son is so demotivated by this.
That's how you kill creativity. And I really hope your business too.
