For some months I've tried to find cassette recorders, and to work with cassette recordings in music works. So far I’ve not found any fully working devices. But this is part of the «lesson» my composing material teaches me, as my next posts will try to explore (The closest I've found so far is this Shinaon walkman, without recording function, that I found at the excellent Merkatå second hand store in Oslo). #cassette #composer #art #recording #experimentalmusic #practice #contemporarymusic
