I felt like my coffee grinder was taking longer to grind than before, so I looked up instructions on how to clean it, and they recommend (for dark roast like I do) cleaning every 4-6 weeks.
I don't think I've cleaned it in 2 years.

colonoscopy done, uneventful, great nurse who was also originally from Massachusetts and we had a mini-bond over a lot of things.
They only used sedative so I wasn't ever fully out. So I'm a tiny bit groggy and tired now (mainly from the nap I took after!) but fine
apparently they snagged one polyp so we'll have to see what the biopsy is for that

Anybody using 5G for their home internet? My girlfriend has terribly slow and horribly over-priced AT&T but it doesn't look like she has any other wired option...
She can get T-Mobile 5G home internet here (I'd probably do it through my Mint Mobile account, slightly cheaper), and even the minimum advertised download bandwidth would be 10x (yes, 10x) what she currently has, and it would be SO much more inexpensive.
I assume you run into some congestion at times? How does it work, I assume it's like a bunch of 5G cell phones in a box? 😆
I'd prefer something wired but looks like there's just no other option in her apartment complex.

I personally* have been very happy and impressed with Kaiser Permanente so far (honestly, they're an order of magnitude better than any HMO in Massachusetts)
but...
...major fail in scheduling w/ gastro. Can only do via phone, not online, hold times are utterly ridiculous and when I left a message to get a call back, never did.
(* yes I'm sure many people have issues with KP. Don't @ me)
