@Ruth_Mottram We also eat quite a bit of #naturli vegan block, but the German testing #magazine #oekotest was rather unhappy with it (and most other vegan butters). Mostly due to non-neglect-able amounts of mineral oils in them: #MOAH and #MOAH

I’ve recently seen this with my 75yo dad who started (in order to go to #DeepWeek in #Croatia): His school was ok, but they didn’t focus on #equalisation using #Frenzel . If you pick a Freediving school you get more out of it. Therefore, stick with more Freediving specific agencies e.g. #molchanovs or #aida and maybe not #padi or #ssi…

Such an easy way her in #Denmark to use the (yes, free, non foss) [Watts - energieassistent](https://watts.dk/) app for checking current average CO2 emissions per kWh or electricity price. It also connects to the electricity provider to show your consumption.

Tomorrow we will clean out the #Greenhouse for the winter. That usually means harvesting all the #Chilies we've been growing in there and then making #ChiliSauce.
Turns out we still have 20 or so jars of last years sauce!
Still delicious and deadly #hot. So I guess we will dry them instead.Anyone has other ideas?
