I found a lettering artist on Insta, a place I don't usually go. It got me to thinking (again) about the relationship between lettering, calligraphy, and graffiti. It's an almost interchangeable venn diagram.

I grew up outside religion but I like Christmas. Time off, hanging out eating and drinking with family & friends, exchanging gifts ... celebrate or not how you like, but that's how I do it. As I tell my kids, you don't have to believe in Santa, but if you don't he's not bringing you anything.
Anyway Christmas tunes are a thing, and I dig 'em. This is, I think, a definitive playlist not just of the ideal songs, but the best versions. Ho ho ho.
