szkoły dla zdrowia, klimatu i bezpieczeństwa.
20 MAJA 2025 – ŁÓDŹ
Polsko-duńska konferencja poświęcona roli szkół w budowaniu społecznej odporności na wielowymiarowe kryzysy – klimatyczne, zdrowotne, społeczne i systemowe.
W warunkach narastającej niepewności oraz złożonych wyzwań, szkoły, jako instytucje zaufania publicznego, odgrywają szczególną rolę: budują odporność lokalnych społeczności, kształtują kompetencje demokratyczne i wspierają zdrowie psychiczne młodego pokolenia. Są miejscem codziennego kontaktu z rzeczywistością społeczną, a zarazem jednym z ostatnich uniwersalnych punktów styku obywateli z państwem i samorządem.
W tym kontekście szkoła przestaje być wyłącznie miejscem edukacji – staje się przestrzenią krytyczną, w której mogą urzeczywistniać się wartości solidarności międzypokoleniowej, odpowiedzialności za wspólne dobro oraz zrównoważonego rozwoju.
To właśnie w tym duchu konferencja podejmie temat konieczności transformacji szkół w trzech komplementarnych wymiarach:
1) Szkoła jako zdrowy budynek
Szkoła rozumiana jako zdrowy, efektywny energetycznie i samowystarczalny obiekt – wspierający dobrostan fizyczny i psychiczny uczniów, a jednocześnie gotowy do pełnienia funkcji schronienia w sytuacjach kryzysowych. W centrum uwagi: jakość powietrza, efektywność energetyczna, komfort cieplny i akustyczny, adaptacja do zmian klimatu oraz wielofunkcyjność przestrzeni edukacyjnych.
2) Szkoła jako serce tkanki miejskiej
Szkoła to kluczowy element lokalnej infrastruktury. Powinna pełnić rolę areny transformacji społecznej oraz otwartej i bezpiecznej przestrzeni wspólnej, służącej całej społeczności lokalnej. Jej otoczenie, odpowiednio zaprojektowane i zaadaptowane do zmieniających się warunków środowiskowych, powinno pełnić funkcję zielonej i bezpiecznej strefy buforowej – chroniącej przed zanieczyszczeniem powietrza, hałasem, nadmiernym ruchem samochodowym, upałem i innymi skutkami zmian klimatu.
3) Szkoła jako mekka demokracji
Szkoła to nie tylko miejsce nauki – to także pierwsza przestrzeń, w której dzieci i młodzież mogą realnie doświadczyć demokracji w działaniu. Tego typu podejście wzmacnia świadomość obywatelską, ekologiczną i przestrzenną, a przede wszystkim uczy współodpowiedzialności. Przestrzenie szkolne stają się narzędziem edukacyjnym samym w sobie – poprzez osmozę codziennego doświadczenia, dzieci uczą się troski o wspólne dobro i krytycznego myślenia.
Organizatorzy główni: Ambasada Królestwa Danii oraz Fundacja Rodzice dla Klimatu.
Wydarzenie odbywa się pod honorowym patronatem Prezydencji Polski w Radzie UE, Ministra ds. Społeczeństwa Obywatelskiego oraz Ministerstwa Klimatu i Środowiska.
Udział w konferencji jest bezpłatny.
Warunkiem udziału jest rejestracja.
