This is a set of 3 zines which summarize the results of my MSW #research in relation to documentation, devaluing, and values work -- including colour #comics illustrating our conversations together.

Mad People of Colour: A Manifesto

I handed out over 200 (!!!) zines throughout the PeerWorks conference, summarizing some of my research on peer support!
(I spent the past week doing nothing but printing, folding, & cutting paper -- my hands hurt so badly, and I definitely don't reccommend making so many zines in such a short time -- but it was worth it!)
I'm going to take the next few days to rest and recovery, then it's onto the next project!

- in a broad range of formats (ex creative works - doesn't need to be "academic" per se!) -

I'm a grad student #Academic doing research on #PeerSupport futures, #dreams, and anti-carceral / abolitionist alternatives to the psychiatric system - through a lens of #DisabilityStudies , #MadStudies , #DisabilityJustice , and psych consumer/survivor social movement histories. Slowly trying to teach myself #FutureStudies ...
