Por exemplo, quando se trata de forçar as operadoras móveis do programa de conectividade escolar com recursos do leilão do 5G (R$ 3,5 bilhões) a assinar um acordo com a Telebras, o conselheiro da Anatel leva meses para não decidir.
Já quando se trata de aprovar mais uma enxurrada de satélites de baixa órbita da Starlink no Brasil, ele primeiro pede quatro meses para decidir. Só que cinco dias depois surpreende e faz a agência aprovar o pedido numa “votação por e-mail”.
